COCKTAILS

The Brooklyn – sazerac 6 year rye whisky, dry vermouth, a dash of angostura bitters, and a splash of fernet branca, served with a rinse of maraschino liqueur.

 

The Natural Cruzan Rum, brandy, fresh lemon juice, orgeat, and home made grenadine.

 

Belgian 75 – Chimay Red Belgian Ale spiced with shot of chilled aviation gin a lemon squeeze.

 

Singapore Sling – Plymouth Gin, cherry brandy, benedictine, and Cointreau, with pineapple, fresh lime and homemade grenadine. when done properly…this classic cannot be beaten.

 

Dark and Stormy – Goslings Dark Rum stirred with ginger syrup, topped with ginger beer and two gently squeezed lime wedges.

 

Late Harvest Martini – stirred Ciroc Vodka in a martini glass rinsed with ice wine. served with frozen grapes.

 

The 180 – 12 Bridges Gin, Yellow Chartreuse and one dash of Angostura Bitters. Garnished with fresh rosemary.

Queen Bee – Monopolowa Vodka, fresh Lemon, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, a dash of honey syrup, and topped with Champagne .

 

The Good Neighbor – Aviation Gin, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon and lime.

 

Solstice – el tesoro anejo tequila, mango, fresh lime and orange juices…elevated by a crushed Serrano chili pepper.

 

The Fedora – Mt. Gay Rum, Bulliet Bourbon, and Courvoisier, with fresh lemon, Curacao , and maraschino liqueur.

 

Jamaican Love – appleton 's VX rum, fresh lime juice, passion fruit puree and orgeat

 

Toasted Rosemary – crushed rosemary, cranberries and Serrano pepper, shaken with monopolowa vodka and lime over ice. herbal…and body warming.

 

Love on the Rocks – Ketel One Vodka, St. Germain elderflower liqueur with two dashes of Peychauds bitters.

 

Oregon Old Fashioned – Aviation Gin, simple syrup, one dash of Angostura Bitters, two dashes of Reagans Orange bitters. Stirred and served over ice.

 

Blood and Sand MacCallan 12 year Scottish whisky, sweet vermouth, Kirshwasser cherry brandy, and fresh orange juice.

 

Smart and Pretty Monopolowa Vodka, orange and lime juice with blood orange puree, Served with a sugar rim.

 

The Lovejoy – Lovejoy Vodka with Lillet Blanc, and Cointreau, balanced with lime and a splash of maraschino liqueur.
